I am Samantha Russell, an HR professional and recruiter with nearly a decade of experience spanning talent acquisition, workforce planning, and career development. I have been the person on the other side of the table: the one screening resumes before an 8am interview, deciding who gets a callback and who does not, the one who knows exactly why a perfectly qualified candidate gets filtered out before a human ever reads their application.
