I am Samantha Russell, an HR professional and recruiter with a decade of industry experience spanning talent acquisition, workforce planning, and career development.

My background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Justice, HR studies at Durham College, and hands-on recruitment experience including work at CAMH, one of Canada's most respected mental health organizations. I understand how hiring decisions are made because I have been the one making them.
