1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or engaging One Stop Therapy Shop for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.

2. Services Offered

One Stop Therapy Shop provides the following services from Oshawa, Ontario:

• Legal Document Support — preparation and formatting of court documents for self-represented litigants and legal professionals in Ontario
• Career & HR Solutions — resume writing, cover letters, LinkedIn optimization, and employment coaching
• Wellness Services — available to existing clients only via the private booking portal

3. Not Legal Advice

One Stop Therapy Shop provides document preparation and general guidance for informational purposes only. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice or legal representation. Nothing on this website or delivered through our services constitutes legal advice. For advice specific to your situation, consult a licensed lawyer in Ontario.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is required before or at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept PayPal, e-transfer (onestoptherapyshop@gmail.com), major credit/debit cards, cash, and personal cheques.

Refunds: Due to the nature of document and career services, refunds are not available once work has commenced. If you have concerns about a deliverable, contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will work to resolve it.

5. Turnaround Times

Career service deliverables (resume, cover letter, LinkedIn) are provided within 4 hours of receiving all required information and payment confirmation. Legal document timelines are confirmed at engagement. Delays caused by incomplete client information are not the responsibility of One Stop Therapy Shop.

6. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information. One Stop Therapy Shop is not liable for errors in documents resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content — including text, design, graphics, and blog articles — is the property of One Stop Therapy Shop and may not be reproduced without written permission. Documents created for clients become client property upon full payment.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Ontario law, One Stop Therapy Shop shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
